We sell digital products and services, including PDF downloads, online courses, a digital habit tracker web app, and coaching services.
Some products are delivered instantly after purchase. Others may require account access or manual setup.
We may update, improve, replace, or remove parts of our products or services from time to time.
5. Accounts and login access
You may need to create an account to access purchased products or use parts of the website.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must not share your account with anyone else unless we have clearly allowed this in writing.

6. Purchases and payments
Payments are processed by Stripe.
We do not store your card details on our servers. Stripe handles payment data directly.
Prices are shown at checkout before you buy.
You are responsible for checking that the product, price, and billing details are correct before completing your purchase.
Once payment is completed, we will provide access to the product or service you bought, either immediately or within the timeframe stated at checkout.
7. Digital products and access
Digital products may include PDF downloads, online courses, templates, web app access, or other digital materials.
When you buy a digital product, you are buying a personal licence to use it. You are not buying ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You must not copy, resell, share, publish, upload, distribute, or commercially exploit our digital products without written permission from us.
We may remove or restrict access if we reasonably believe a product has been shared, copied, resold, or misused.
8. Digital content cancellation rights
Some digital products are made available immediately after purchase.
Where you choose to access, download, or stream digital content immediately, you agree that we can provide the content straight away.
You also acknowledge that once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or made available to you, you may lose your 14-day cancellation right for that digital content.
This does not affect your legal rights if digital content is faulty, not as described, or does not meet the standards required by consumer law.
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis unless a specific refund policy is shown on the product page or checkout page.
For digital products, we do not usually offer refunds once access has been provided, unless the product is faulty, not as described, or we are legally required to provide a refund.
For coaching services, refund and cancellation terms may depend on the specific offer, booking, or agreement made at the time of purchase.

10. Coaching services
Coaching services are designed to provide guidance, structure, support, and practical tools.
Coaching is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome from coaching, courses, digital products, or the habit tracker.
11. AI coaching features
Some parts of the service may include AI-powered coaching or support features.
AI responses are provided for general guidance and reflection. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
You should not rely on AI responses as professional advice.
You are responsible for checking information before acting on it.
You must not use AI features to generate, request, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, products, or services.
You must not:
Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
Interfere with the security or operation of the website.

We provide tools, frameworks, coaching, and educational materials to support personal development, planning, habits, and execution.
Your results depend on many factors, including your own actions, consistency, circumstances, and decisions.
We do not guarantee specific results, income, personal outcomes, business outcomes, health outcomes, or life changes.

We may update, improve, pause, replace, or remove products, features, or services where needed.
